The last few emails I've shared my discoveries with AI and how I've taken things to the next level, and now I'm ready to share more with you.

2. AI actually slows you down = The reality is that you're probably using it wrong and once you reach any mid size project with AI things collapse. I'll show you how to fix that so you can build like you have a full team working for you.

I've focused on 3 different angles that stack on each other:

1. AI as an operator
2. AI as a builder
3. AI for business

Essentially we start with the tools available to us. we first learn how to be a rockstar with Claude Code. Skills, sub agents, dedicated knowledge vault, permissions, self-improving AI, best practices, etc.

Then, if you're wanting to build with Claude Code I'll show my exact process. This is when we talk about autonomous agents and how to do things safely (even if you want to use dangerously-skip-permissions). The last thing you want is AI to destroy real work. So how do we get agents to work for hours without risk?

In this builder section we build on what we learned. We'll also look at how to transform LLM intuition in to preservable rules that are required to be followed in projects (not just repeating the same instructions hoping the AI listens). This can allow us to have better quality work as we grow, not worse (a very common challenge going from prototype to real product).
